All Writer is an AI-powered writing tool that provides the following features:

• AI Content Detection: Analysis of text to detect AI-generated content using multiple detection services
• Content Humanization: Rewriting assistance to reduce AI detection scores while preserving meaning
• Writing Assistance: AI-powered text continuation, chat assistance, and content evaluation
• Plagiarism Checking: Integration with plagiarism detection services
• Document Management: Cloud storage and management of your documents

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Submit plagiarized content as your own original work to academic institutions or publishers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Academic Integrity

Our humanization and writing assistance features are intended to help you improve your writing skills and produce better content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Service complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. We do not encourage or condone academic dishonesty.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by All Writer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Our Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, GPTZero, ZeroGPT, Turnitin, Supabase, and Microsoft Clarity. Your use of features powered by these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Service features may be affected by changes to third-party APIs or policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

AI Detection Accuracy

AI content detection is not 100% accurate. Detection results may contain false positives or false negatives. We do not guarantee the accuracy of detection results from our service or integrated third-party detectors.

Humanization Results

Results from our humanization feature may vary. We cannot guarantee that humanized content will avoid detection by all AI detectors or meet specific detection score thresholds.

Writing Assistance

AI-generated suggestions and continuations are provided for assistance purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Credit System

Our Service uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use various features such as AI detection, content humanization, and writing assistance. Credit prices and consumption rates are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Purchases

All purchases are processed through our payment partner FastSpring. By making a purchase, you also agree to FastSpring's terms of service. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@allwriter.ai with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI WRITING ASSISTANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Academic or professional consequences resulting from use of the Service
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Writer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
